Job Overview:  

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator who will be responsible for managing all legal matters for the company and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in interpreting contractual agreements and responding to queries relating to contracts.  

  

Responsibilities:  


Compliance Review  

  • Coordinate with the retained lawyers and provide effective advice to the Group Compliance Manager & subsidiary managers on the relevant law   
  • Ensure to coordinate on regular basis the Group Compliance Manager and/or subsidiary managers up to date on the amendments / new laws introduced in UAE related to the company 
  • Draft & review any legal document (e.g., MOA, MOU, AOA, etc.)   by coordinating with the retained lawyers in compliance with the UAE law 
  • Draft & review employment contracts in compliance with the UAE law 
  • Create and manage effective plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations 

 

Contract Creation & Review  

  • Review all contracts of the company and subsidiaries with the retained lawyers 
  • Receive updates on any legal cases in the company and subsidiaries from the retained lawyers 
  • Maintain all original agreements (e.g. MOA, SHA AOA, etc.) in both hard and soft copies.   
  • Remain up to date with the procedures and steps for UAE AML regulations and goAML rules 
  • Ensure SOPs are being followed as set by the company and any versions introduced by the subsidiaries 

 

 

Requirements:  

  • 3+ years’ proven experience in a compliance or paralegal role, preferably within the real estate or property industry 
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field 
  • Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal certification program of education and training, or an associate degree in paralegal studies 
  • Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.  
  • Excellent in English and Arabic translation
