Job Overview:
We are seeking vibrant and passionate Baristas and Customer Service staff including Cashiers to join our innovative team. The ideal candidates will be the face of our brand and be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately take and process orders, ensuring all customer preferences are captured.
- Manage cash and card transactions efficiently, balancing the cash register at the end of shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter and surrounding areas, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries about menu items, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Work closely with baristas and other staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of proven Customer Service experience in the UAE and possess a strong ability to interact positively with customers, address their needs, and ensure satisfaction.
- Familiarity with operating Point-of-Sale (POS) systems for efficient and accurate order processing.
- Excellent verbal communication to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members.
- Proficiency in handling cash, giving correct change, and reconciling cash registers at the end of shifts.
- Ability to process orders accurately and ensure customer preferences are met.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
